We're seeking a detail-obsessed data entry pro to support our Sales & Reservations team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle high-volume phone calls and emails from clients. Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our transportation services. Enter and process trip reservations with precision and efficiency. Conduct daily accuracy checks on entered trip data. Generate and send trip confirmations. Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned by Sales Directors.
