Description
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they are looking for.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products, returns and store policies.
  • Keep track of stock levels, order and receive new inventory to ensure that products are always available for customers.
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, ensure that products are well-organized and presented in an attractive manner.
  • Process transactions including cash and credit card payments, and maintain an accurate record of sales.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets and perform suggestive selling to encourage additional purchases.
  • Collaborate with other sales clerks and team members to ensure that the store is running efficiently and providing a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests in a positive and timely manner, and escalate any significant concerns to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required, some college coursework is preferred
  • Prior retail experience is an asset, but not required
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
