JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Client Engagement Executive to join our Bookings Team at Illuminations Wellbeing Center.
This dynamic role blends sales, customer relationship management, and marketing to drive client engagement and increase bookings for our wellness services.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will manage interactions via calls, WhatsApp, live chat, emails, and CRM platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience. You will also support marketing efforts, such as creating WhatsApp messages, email campaigns, and coordinating with therapists and the marketing team to promote services.
A basic understanding of AI tools for communication automation (like WATI) is a plus.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SERVICE EXCELLENCE:

  • Ensure prompt responses across multiple communication channels (WhatsApp, Live Chat, WATI, Email).
  • Proactively engage with existing and potential clients, providing tailored wellness solutions.
  • Track and improve conversion rates from inquiries to confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with therapists, reception, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client journey.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to engage, persuade, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Experience in the wellness, healthcare, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of AI-driven tools (e.g., WATI, CRM automation, chatbots) for client interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and email marketing tools.
