Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales & Client Relations Executive to join our Accounting & Taxation services team. This role involves managing incoming leads, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions from our service offerings, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales acumen coupled with a basic understanding of accounting principles to effectively communicate with clients and ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up with leads received by the company through various channels.
Clearly explain the company’s services (Accounting, Bookkeeping, Taxation, VAT, etc.) to potential clients.
Understand and analyze client needs to recommend suitable service packages.
Respond to client inquiries related to accounting and tax with confidence and professionalism.
Prepare and send customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all client communications, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service execution.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development, preferably within accounting or financial services.
Basic knowledge of accounting, VAT, and taxation concepts.
Proficient in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
