POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales & Client Success Manager leads a high-performing team dedicated to supporting and converting prospective investors, while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role combines team leadership with hands-on sales responsibilities and plays a key role in driving CRM adoption, reporting and process optimization. The ideal candidate is a proven closer who can coach others to success while aligning team activities with business growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in sales, client relations or investor relations, including 2+ years in a management role
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong management and coaching skills with a track record of driving team success
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and experience driving adoption across teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of client relations representatives to achieve sales and service goals
  • Personally manage and close prospective investor opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up throughout the pipeline
  • Drive adoption and effective use of the company’s CRM, including training, oversight and reporting to maximize team performance and accountability
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members as required
  • Implement best practices to strengthen long-term investor relationships
  • Ensure all sales and client interactions comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements
