THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an exceptional “Closer” to join our team, a high-performance individual with the drive to lead and the hunger to win.
This remote position focuses on converting qualified leads into successful partnerships, selling high-value packages averaging $20,000 per deal, with packages ranging from $8,997 up to $28,997.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be an English speaker with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of standout performance in a high-performing sales role with a primary focus on closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment, managing time and priorities efficiently.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace that supports focused, distraction-free work.
  • Experience selling high-value services or products is highly preferred.
  • A verifiable track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quota attainment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM software and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Highly disciplined, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL:

This role offers an incredibly attractive compensation structure designed to reward top performers:

  • Earn an outstanding 14% - 18% commission on deals you close from your own cold calls. Your initiative directly translates to higher earnings!
  • Secure 10% commission on deals closed from inbound leads provided to you.
  • Benefit from an average ticket size of $20,000, maximizing your commission potential on every sale.
  • Close deals with package values ranging from $8,997 up to $28,997, offering significant earning opportunities.
  • This competitive commission-based compensation structure applies for the initial 6-month period. Upon successful completion of this phase, strong in-house team members (working in-office) will transition to a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commissions.

  • Conduct cold calls and perform effective sales presentations.
  • Close deals through Google Meet, online meetings, and by phone.
  • Deeply understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and clearly articulate how Local CEO can help them grow and scale their business.
  • Skillfully address client concerns and objections, guiding them toward a clear understanding of the value and benefits of partnering with Local CEO.
  • Conduct professional and persuasive negotiations to finalize agreements and secure new client accounts.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal statuses within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving needs of local businesses to enhance sales strategies.
  • Actively participate in sales training, team meetings, and coaching sessions to refine closing techniques and product knowledge.
  • Work closely with the lead generation and client success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
