Role Overview We’re seeking a driven Sales Closer to manage inbound leads, conduct discovery and strategy calls, and close deals across our complete product suite. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll match client needs with the right solution — from low-cost entry products to premium coaching and software programs. You’ll handle an average of 5–6 sales calls daily, each lasting 30–45 minutes. Success requires the ability to sell across the entire range of offers, without preference, ensuring every client is placed into the solution that best fits their goals. Responsibilities Run high-quality sales calls with inbound leads. Sell across the full suite of offers, from $97 products to $20K programs. Manage pipeline daily in CRM (GoHighLevel). Send follow-ups, nurture communications, and proposals. Ensure prospects show up to booked calls with reminders and outreach. Engage in online communities to spark conversations and generate appointments. Study training materials, webinars, and recordings to sharpen skills. Provide feedback to marketing on prospect insights, objections, and needs. Join team meetings, strategy sessions, and training calls. Track performance through KPIs and weekly reporting. Requirements Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Proven experience in closing high-ticket offers (coaching, SaaS, consulting). Ability to sell across multiple price points and product types. Consultative, ethical, and client-first approach to selling. Disciplined in pipeline management, follow-up, and lead nurturing. Familiarity with real estate, digital marketing, or info-products is a plus. Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and committed to a long-term career path.
