THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this role is critical in providing administrative and commercial support to help manage customer accounts, drive sales growth, and deliver a high level of customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales and administrative experience in a fast-moving environment who thrives on being highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Business Development Manager across a range of customers and projects
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records, pricing information, and product specifications
  • Liaise with internal teams including planning, production, technical, and NPD to ensure customer needs are met
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, sales reports, and data analysis
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Help manage documentation for tenders, listings, and customer systems
