THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE:
– Must have at least 1 year of relatable or transferrable skills i.e. Experience of selling, leading, guiding and training others.
– Must be willing to learn about (and get excited about!) the products we sell.
– Must be PC savvy with experience of using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools such as Word.
– Must have excellent writing, language and literacy skills.
– Must be confident in interacting with customers and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time 5 days per week = 41.25 hours from 8.30-5.15 (role includes working Saturdays 8.30-4.15).
Pay: £29,277 p.a (rising depending on your experience)
Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. No Christmas working as we close over Christmas!

Our Assistant Sales Manager (Co-ordinator) assists the Sales Manager in managing the success of the DW Windows Ltd sales results. It’s all about people working as a team. THE ROLE:
Working desk based in a busy sales office / showroom and assisting the Sales Manager in all aspects of running a busy sales office / team, managing sales reports and leading and training the team.
Answering incoming sales calls to book appointments and also making outbound follow up calls to close sales (no cold calling!).
Full use of CRM system to book and manage appointments.
Meet & greet customers in the showroom & provide sales information on our products and services.
Calculate quotations for Windows and Doors for our residential customers, provide quotations to customers both verbally and written (training provided), therefore must have a willingness to learn about the UPVC products we sell.
Job specific training will be provided however applicants must have the following experience before applying.
