Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a key part of our events team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating events and corporate functions from initial enquiry to the big day. You’ll also play a vital role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring every event is planned to the clients’ request.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to event enquiries and providing expert guidance to clients
  • Conducting venue show rounds and converting leads into bookings
  • Coordinating all aspects of conference and events, from planning to execution
  • Working closely with the operations team to deliver exceptional service
  • Meeting sales targets and maximising revenue opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and clients to enhance our offering
