JOB VACANCY: SALES COORDINATOR

Industry: Wood Cutting Machines, Spare Parts & Consumables Trading
Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai
We are a well-established trading company specializing in Wood Cutting Machines, Spare Parts, and Consumables, based in Ras Al Khor. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the UAE in a similar field (Wood Cutting Machines, Spare Parts, and Consumables trading).
• Strong knowledge of the local market and industrial machinery.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage client relationships and support the sales team effectively.

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage client requirements and follow up on leads.
• Assist in preparing quotations, sales reports, and forecasts.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely communication.
• Support sales operations and liaise with the technical team to fulfill client needs.
