Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations across sales, customer service, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, processing orders, and managing client databases.
- Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring logistics and materials are well-prepared.
- Oversee order fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate delivery of products/services.
Customer Interaction & Service
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients—responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; collect feedback to enhance service quality and sales processes.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics; support the analysis of sales trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client engagement, and team productivity.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate documentation including sales contracts, reports, and other relevant paperwork.
- Manage CRM entries, office supplies, vendor coordination, and overall office support.
- Organize team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Facilitate internal communication between sales, clients, and other departments to streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
