Job Description Short Term Parental leave position - March 2026 to February 2027 Be the 1st point of call for all incoming calls & follow through with initiative Assist with quotations for Groups, Corporate clients & outlets as required Assist in the planning of the daily activities for sales leaders Responsibility for updating & maintaining the Sales database Generate purchase requests & orders for the department. Ensure accurate meetings minutes are recorded & filed Distribute sales material as required for internal & external promotions Provide operational support with F&B service Administration as required for the Sales team, maintaining electronic files Conduct competitive analysis & assist with the compilation of monthly Sales reports Impeccable grooming & presentation Superior communication skills Qualifications A genuine people person who can work collaboratively within the team & stakeholders alike. Have previous experience working within the Hospitality or Tourism industry. Outstanding professional communication and active listening skills. Excellent problem resolution skills Time management skills with the ability to multitask. Strong personal integrity, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
