Our client is an extremely successful international windows and doors company known for their very high quality products. Due to their ongoing success, growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Sales Co-ordinator to join their Team.
This Client continuously invests and develops their people so this is a real opportunity for the right individual to secure a role which will in turn offer challenge, reward and sucess.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake all activities for residential customers from the initial enquiry stage through to issuing quotes and securing orders
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Review contract documents, drawings and specifications for incoming customer enquiries
  • Be responsible for showroom visits and encourage customers to visit the showroom
  • Work alongside the Operations, Logistics and Service Teams in the UK and Europe
  • Maintain up to date industry knowledge and building regulations
  • Ensure that all bids are followed up
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to customers
  • Deliver sales targets
  • Represent the company at Trade Shows and Exhibitions
  • Manage project sign off and procurement milestones
  • Procure materials and services from the UK supply chain and NorDan factories
