· Assisting the head of sales on calls, visits, reporting, presentations and administration as required
· Actively making outbound sales calls to potential clients.
· Building strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote our range of products.
· Identifying opportunities for growth and upselling to increase sales.
· Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients.
· Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and client communications.
· Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Organise sample requests.
· Support marketing initiatives, including preparing materials for sales presentations and events.
