We are looking for a high-energy, people-driven Sales Trainer & Coach to develop two of the most important teams in our business: our Sales Consultants and our Call Center team. This role is for someone who knows how to teach, motivate, coach, and connect. Someone who can walk into a room, command attention, build trust, raise confidence, and help people improve. Someone who does not just deliver training, but truly develops people. You do not need to come from a direct sales background. What matters most is your ability to teach effectively, coach consistently, and guide people through growth, challenges, and development. We are looking for a strong communicator with a counselor-like approach who can push people forward while still making them feel supported. What You’ll Do You will play a major role in how our Sales Consultants and Call Center team members are developed from day one and beyond. Leading onboarding training for new Sales Consultants and Call Center team members Helping new hires build confidence, communication skills, professionalism, and readiness Creating a strong learning experience that sets the tone for performance and success Delivering continuous learning and ongoing development for existing team members, not just new hires Reinforcing skills through refreshers, coaching sessions, workshops, role-play, and follow-up training Identifying where individuals or teams are struggling and coaching them toward improvement Providing one-on-one support to help team members overcome confidence issues, communication gaps, inconsistency, or performance barriers Partnering with leadership to strengthen team development and keep training aligned with business goals Helping build a culture of accountability, growth, and constant improvement What We’re Looking For Energetic and engaging A natural teacher and motivator Strong in one-on-one coaching and group facilitation Able to connect with different personalities and learning styles Confident enough to challenge people, but thoughtful enough to coach them well Passionate about helping others grow in skill, mindset, and confidence Focused on development, not just information delivery Qualifications 2+ years of experience in training, teaching, coaching, counseling, facilitation, employee development, or a related field Strong presentation and communication skills Experience leading group sessions and one-on-one coaching conversations Ability to build trust, influence behavior, and drive improvement Strong emotional intelligence and a counselor-style approach to development Organized and able to manage multiple training priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
This role involves leading onboarding training for new Sales Consultants and Call Center team members, focusing on building confidence and essential skills from day one.
