JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. It is a commission based position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of technology sales and the ability to analyze market trends to meet customer needs.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up on leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Present product offerings to clients, demonstrating how they meet their needs in the technology sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products in the market.
