THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Commissions and Operations Analyst to join our fast-paced Strategy & Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely calculation, administration, and analysis of sales commissions for our entire sales force as well as supporting GTM reporting, headcount planning, and analysis of the business as the company continues to grow and scale.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales, finance, and HR teams to implement and maintain commission structures, resolve commission-related queries, and identify opportunities to enhance our processes. Your expertise will be crucial in optimising the effectiveness of our sales compensation plans.
