  • You live in the Tampa Bay / Pinellas area and can be in our Pinellas Park office regularly.
  • You’re confident on the phone (we have warm & cold leads), but you also shine in face-to-face conversations.
  • You’re a networker — the type who actually enjoys BNI breakfasts, chamber events, ribbon cuttings, and trade shows.
  • You can talk marketing strategy with business owners, not just read a price sheet.
  • You’re reliable, organized, and committed — not looking for a “side hustle” but for a role you can grow into.
  • You’ve got a car, a phone, and a can-do attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Sales experience (B2B preferred).
  • Comfortable with both phone and in-person selling.
  • Networking or community engagement experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing helpful, but we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE ROCKS:

We’re creating a role for a true sales champion — someone who can crush it on the phones and light up a room in person. You’ll split your time between our Pinellas Park office and being out in the community — shaking hands, making connections, and becoming the go-to marketing contact for home service businesses across Tampa Bay. This is your chance to own a territory, build a name for yourself, and create relationships (and residual income) that last for years.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work part-time in-office to call leads, follow up, and manage sales activity in our CRM (we use Go High Level).
  • Represent our brand at local networking events (BNI, chamber meetings, community events, trade groups).
  • Build relationships with local home service business owners and get us on preferred vendor lists.
  • Manage and follow up on leads until the deal is closed.
  • Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
