The commissions team at ZoomInfo is responsible for calculating, analyzing and reporting variable sales compensation for our sales and sales adjacent teams. The Sales Compensation Analyst III supports the Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams in structuring, delivering and analyzing all compensation plans for our commission driven employees. They are responsible for the timely delivery of accrual reporting, the accurate calculation of commission payments, and the auditing of various metrics to ensure a high level of data integrity. Along with other members of the team, this individual is also responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the SPIFF compensation system and for generating analyses around compensation plan attainment and performance. This role will require consistent interaction with the sales department, especially the ability to communicate with mid-level leaders.
This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment that requires the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, superb analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with others within the company.
