Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance, performance, and optimization of the company’s Xactly environment and its integration with other Sales systems
  • Ensure accurate source data load for calculations and commission payments to our sales organization
  • Support all daily administrative functions including workflows, payroll and accrual reviews, adjustment requests, manual data loads, reconciliation efforts, reports and other configurations
  • Collaborate with teams to drive system integration and automation to enhance business processes
  • Understand and maintain data integration from a variety of inbound and outbound lead sources
  • Manage sales compensation projects and requests relating to data analysis, report building and distribution
  • Identify opportunities to track and optimize Xactly sales compensation system and help rollout new features
  • Maintain system security and integrity
  • May perform other duties as assigne
