You aren't just checking people in; you are a Wellness Consultant responsible for meeting membership quotas and service goals. Starting Pay: $17/hr + Uncapped Commissions and Performance Bonuses. The Standards: We utilize Zenoti and expect "old school" customer service—that means personalized follow-ups, detailed client notes, and 5-star hospitality. What You’ll Do: Drive Membership: Confidently meet daily and weekly sales goals. Concierge Hospitality: Provide one-on-one, undivided attention to every guest. No "sitting behind a desk"—you are actively engaging. Expert Consulting: Learn the science behind our Dermalogica and Image Skincare lines to effectively recommend home care and upgrades. Operational Excellence: Maintain a pristine facility and handle high-volume scheduling with precision.
