Job Description This is a temporary Sales Concierge role supporting a renowned Real Estate brand totaling 11.5 hours, requiring on-site availability in West Hollywood during the dates and times listed below. Candidates must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment. Schedule & Availability 2 hours of training on any day prior to 2/14 2/14: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM 2/17: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM 2/28: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM 3/3: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM Role Responsibilities In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers visiting the property. Welcoming guests upon arrival - ensuring they are oriented and do not get lost Escorting them to the model home and back as needed You will help create a positive and professional experience by offering water, Answering basic questions - speaking knowledgeably about the property at a high level. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, and able to represent the property in a polished and welcoming manner. Qualifications Prior experience in a similar role, such as a receptionist or front-desk position, with a demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks, handle incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service. Must be able to reliably commute to and work from the West Hollywood office as scheduled, with dependable transportation. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
