REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong understanding of market strategies and legal documentation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• RERA certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in multiple languages is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

• Real Estate Agent: 2 years (Required)

• Manage property sales, leasing, and client portfolios.
• Specialize in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with admin team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company protocols.
• Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and deal closures.
• Commit to achieving monthly sales targets.
