JOB TITLE: SALES CONSULTANT – TECOM BRANCH

Location: Tecom, Dubai (Dubai Internet City Metrostation)
Job Type: Full-time
Preferred Candidate: Female, on Spouse Visa

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Qualification (BBA or Equivalant), MBA Preferred
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in legal or documentation-related services.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Presentable, professional, and client-focused.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Female candidates on a Spouse Visa are highly preferred for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively promote and sell legal translation services across all languages, ensuring accurate service information is communicated to clients.
  • Handle client inquiries and convert leads for services such as:
  • Notary Services (Power of Attorney, Affidavits, Contracts, etc.)
  • Golden Visa & Family Visa Services
  • Equivalency Certification Support
  • Maintain strong knowledge of offered services and legal processes to advise clients accurately and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and referred clients through excellent customer service.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to management.
