REQUIRED SKILLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales at a dealership.
  • Mandatory experience in medium & heavy-duty truck sales in the UAE.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong PC skills, especially MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused, outgoing, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Solid time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • UAE valid driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for our HINO Trucks Division. In this role, you will actively seek out and engage prospective customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand customer acquisition, and maximize profitability while delivering exceptional service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Achieve or exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing business profitability.
  • Identify and contact prospective customers within assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and maintain strong relationships.
  • Match customer needs to appropriate truck models and demonstrate features, capabilities, and warranties.
  • Facilitate test drives, prepare sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork according to company policies.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and refresher courses; communicate training needs to management.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and ensure overdue accounts remain within target limits.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE truck market and customer needs.
  • Experience in commercial truck or truck equipment sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
