Responsibilities

As a Client Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, building trust, providing guidance, and ensuring they leave thrilled with their choices. You will:

  • Own the customer journey: From first hello to project completion, deliver a seamless, personalized experience.
  • Sell with confidence: Use your expertise to recommend the perfect flooring and home solutions for each customer’s unique needs.
  • Proactively connect with potential clients: Through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and following up on leads
  • Utilize technology: Leverage CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage projects like a pro: Coordinate with our Operations, Installation, Accounting, and Purchasing teams to ensure every project is a success.
  • Grow and lead: Leverage training, sales meetings, and product knowledge sessions to stay ahead of trends and share your expertise with the team.
  • Be a showroom superstar: Maintain an organized, welcoming space where customers are inspired by endless possibilities.
