As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on suitable vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and process all required paperwork for vehicle transactions.
