Window & Door Sales Consultant
Location: West GTRA (Whitby, Durham)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 100% commission (will be paid for training)

Role Description:
As a Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners in their homes, demonstrate our product offerings, and close sales. Success in this role is driven by your ability to consistently complete at least three product demonstrations per week and meet or exceed individual and company sales goals.

Fit/Requirements:

• Candidates who are self-motivated and have a desire to succeed
• Candidate who knows how to adapt, overcome objections, and close deals
• Candidates who prioritize building trust and delivering outstanding service
• Previous experience in home improvement or in-home sales is an asset
• 1-2 years of general sales experience
• Flawless communication skills
• Ability to travel for work within a local region- must have own vehicle
