This is a full-time Hybrid role based at our Coorparoo office. The Architectural Sales Consultant is responsible for the representation of the dormakaba product portfolio to the architectural and interior design marketplace, including specification and documentation of door hardware and solutions to projects, alongside representation to, and support of, our distributor account base, and other key stakeholders within the design & construction space.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Specification / Documentation
  • Account and Supply chain Stakeholder Management
  • Quotation / Estimation
  • Training & Negotiation
  • Utilize our Salesforce CRM to capture information and assist in driving business results.Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as within global and local policies and procedures, including the companies code of conduCT.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Prior experience in construction estimation or product specification within the construction industry preferred
  • Knowledge of the QLD commercial construction industry
  • A technically-minded, detail-oriented person, driven to providing accurate specifications
  • Proven track record of end-to-end sales process. account management, with profitable growth
  • Intermediate to Advanced level skills in MS Excel & OutlookKnowledge of BCI and Salesforce CRM desired
