About Perfect Score Perfect Score is a credit repair and financial education company based in Arundel. We partner closely with a major national finance brokerage, Ausloans to support clients who have been declined for finance. Our work focuses on repairing credit files, removing defaults and coaching clients to rebuild long term financial stability. About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you’ll manage the full lead cycle — from first contact through to client enrolment. Every lead is warm and inbound, coming through three primary channels: Direct broker referrals Website enquiries Clients placed in “lost” or “withdrawn” status by brokers and redirected to us for a second chance Your role is to understand why the client was declined, identify the root causes of their credit issues, and clearly explain how our program can help improve their financial position. You will guide clients through a structured process including fact-finding, presenting solutions, handling objections, and enrolling them into the program. Once the client has paid in full, the file is handed over to a Case Manager, who completes the credit repair work. This role requires resilience and confidence on the phone. Many clients are dealing with financial stress or past payment issues, so your ability to guide them from short-term frustration toward long-term financial improvement is key to success. Key Responsibilities Manage leads from initial contact through to conversion Explain finance decline reasons and identify underlying credit issues Conduct fact-finds and collect relevant client information Present program structure, fees, timelines, and expectations Handle objections and guide clients toward long-term financial outcomes Take payments and manage payment arrangements where required Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records Work closely with brokers and internal teams to support client outcomes What We’re Looking For Strong communicator who can simplify complex financial information Confident and resilient when handling challenging conversations Comfortable managing high call volumes and a structured sales pipeline Organised, proactive, and motivated by performance targets Able to build rapport and trust with clients quickly Experience using a CRM system or structured sales process is preferred Sales experience is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
