REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred).
• Strong closing skills and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a target-based role.
• Passion for fitness/wellness a plus (but sales focus is key).
• Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Consultant, your main goal is to drive membership sales . You will actively reach out to potential clients, engage walk-ins and online leads, and convert enquiries into paying members. This role is target-driven and best suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, sales-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Actively follow up on leads (walk-ins, calls, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct engaging studio tours and presentations to highlight our programs and facilities.
• Recommend membership packages that suit clients’ goals and close sales effectively.
• Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Support outreach campaigns, events, and promotions to increase sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
