Job purpose:  To drive EV vehicle sales by understanding customer needs, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering a high-quality showroom experience. The Sales Consultant is responsible for converting leads into sales, promoting electric vehicle features and benefits, and supporting the growth of the EV brand through excellent customer engagement and satisfaction. Job responsibilities:  * The Sales Consultant, New Cars is responsible for actively selling products of the department meeting targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products. * To ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the management. * To follow all steps of sales process i.e. prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post-sales follow up. * To ensure that documentation is as per the company policy. * To liaise closely with other departments to complete the sales process. * To report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor/Manager * To achieve sales targets on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis while maximizing profit gained from each transaction. * To close maximum opportunities while maintaining and increasing existing customer base. * To assist customers with finance and insurance products as per customer requirements. * To follow-up with customers on timely basis. * To participate in sales meetings. * To meet customer expectations. * To schedule follow up, delivery and new customer acquisition utilizing strong time management. * To assist customers in making the correct choice of vehicle and build loyalty by providing a personalized and tailored sales experience to each customer. * To achieves SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) targets by providing excellent customer service. * To ensure accurate collection and submission of customer details. * To build, grow and maintain good relationship with customers. * To ensure smooth, clean and defect free delivery of sold vehicles as promised to customers. * Other related tasks as required. Educational Qualification  * Bachelors / Diploma or equivalent in a related field Work Experience  * 2-3 years of sales experience in automobile or related industry * Preferred sales experience in EVs Competencies  * Computer proficient and should have good communication skills. Languages  * English
Responsibilities
