Description:

It’s an exciting time to join the Direct Sales team at AXA – Global Healthcare, with more leads than the team can manage, this is a great opportunity for a skilled individual to achieve targets and be rewarded with monthly commission. The Direct Sales Team sits within Sales and is responsible for Selling International Private Medical Insurance on behalf of AXA Global Healthcare to individuals.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. This position boasts a competitive annual salary of up to £28,000 plus monthly commission which averages at £1,600 subject to performance. However, this is uncapped so the potential to earn is far greater!

Responsibilities:

  • Selling to warm qualified leads, you’ll ensure customers’ needs are met to achieve your Individual targets.
  • Selling International Private Medical insurance to high-net-worth customers and expand globally.
  • You’ll earn a percentage of commission for every sale you make.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
