ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for listing, marketing, and selling properties, providing valuable insights to guide clients through the sales process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise sellers on enhancing property appeal.
- Appraise property values in accordance with company policies.
- Provide market advice, mortgage guidance, and legal support to clients.
- Interview buyers to determine property preferences.
- Generate property lists tailored to buyer needs and financial capabilities.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist clients effectively during property visits.
- Promote property sales through various channels including open houses and online listings.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and regular updates.
- Utilise social media to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
