JOB OVERVIEW

In this role, you will be the link between a potential buyer and their future vehicle. You will help guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an outstanding in-store experience. You will need strong communication and listening skills in order to help our customers select their perfect vehicle, negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and have proven closing skills in order to complete the transaction. We are dedicated to your success by making sure you are able to learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market by offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to maintain hardworking, high-energy personality throughout the workday

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail sales experience preferred
  • Safe driving record & valid in-state driver’s license

Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process
  • Proactively build out prospecting network
  • Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
  • Report to your Sales Manager regarding personal objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
