Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant serves as a guide to facilitate the customer vehicle buying experience. They conduct the interview to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives and then matches customer needs with model and equipment. They offer and accompany customers on test drives, offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial information, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the sale.
The Sales Consultant conducts the delivery process and follows up in a timely manner with customers to develop customer loyalty and build lasting relationships. They are responsible for ensuring a fun and informative interaction with our customers and know that they have a huge effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction. They will be the primary contact to the dealership during this buying process and need to understand not only the features and specifications of our entire line-up but must also understand the financing options available to the customer.
