Due to sustained growth and continued business development, we are looking to recruit a full-time Sales Consultant to join our proactive team based within our Chorley branch.
The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our sales portfolio. This will involve not only handling incoming valuation enquiries but also engaging proactively with potential vendors from within our existing database. These may include clients who have expressed interest in the past or who may benefit from a timely conversation about market opportunities.
The role will also involve close contact with our existing clients, including offering guidance and insight to help improve their property’s visibility and appeal in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with leads and past contacts to generate new property instructions
  • Liaise with current clients to provide updates, advice, and recommendations for market positioning
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries and valuation leads
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing vendors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and professional guidance
  • Work closely with the Valuations team to support business growth initiatives
