What You’ll Do Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience Create a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience for every customer Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and guiding them to the right boat or product Jump in wherever needed—Sales, Service, or Parts—to ensure every customer leaves satisfied Maintain a clean, organized workspace and a polished, professional appearance Communicate proactively with management about customer needs and opportunities for improvement Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture where success is shared Sales & Deal Support Engage confidently with walk-in, phone, and online leads Follow up on inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate test drives Accurately enter and manage customer information in the Dealer Management System (DMS) Prepare, review, and process sales documentation with attention to detail Participate in dealership promotions, sales events, and community initiatives Work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals in a motivated, competitive environment Requirements Positive, competitive mindset with a strong team-first attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping people Sales experience preferred; marine experience a plus (training provided) Basic knowledge of boats, motors, or marine products is helpful but not required Comfortable using computers, email, CRM, and DMS systems Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn the marine industry Valid driver’s license and weekend availability Why Join Boater’s World Marine Centers?
