Description Boater's World Marine Centers is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants at our Grand Prairie, TX location. If you are passionate about boating, enjoy helping others, or are looking to start your career in the marine industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. No prior sales experience is required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service Maintain a neat and professional appearance. Create and strengthen relationships with customers by providing a customer-centric experience. Assist all customers in need, regardless of department (sales, service, or parts). Maintain a tidy workspace. Inform management of customer service opportunities. Enhance the organization by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value. Sales Support Assist and guide customer inquiries to provide a positive experience. Maintain a steady flow of customer interactions and inquiries. Fulfill customer inquiries and follow up as appropriate. Support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately enter sales information into the dealer management system and process appropriate paperwork.
