The Automotive Sales Consultant is a key part of our team, focused on creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll connect with people to understand their needs, offer guidance on the best vehicles to suit their requirements, and make sure they feel supported throughout the entire purchasing process. If you love helping others, you’ll thrive in this role by working closely with our finance, service, and parts departments to ensure every customer drives away happy.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with Customers: Greet, assist, and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while ensuring a memorable, positive experience.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of Hyundai’s vehicle lineup and stay up to date with the latest technology and features.
  • Build Relationships: Establish rapport and trust with customers through active listening and transparent communication.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by showcasing product benefits and following our sales methodology
  • Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with our sales management, finance, service, and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
