Job Summary Appliance Sales Specialists work inside a retail showroom in a high-integrity, relational sales environment. Our product assortment is very broad, from premium washers and dryers to the best luxury appliances. Consultive sales skills, attention to detail and goal-driven mentality are critically important in this position. Appliance Sales Specialists are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals and maintaining and updating a prospecting system. They must be continuously learning all products, services, and marketing promotions. Responsibilities Responsible for achieving goals/objectives Generates quotes/invoices Meets and communicates with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions, and provide follow-up and assistance for all aspects of our product and service offerings Utilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) tools Maintains store appearance standards Qualifications 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (ex. appliances, electronics, auto sales, real estate, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work hard and demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline Previous experience with Retail Sales is preferred however, relevant sales experience will be considered for this opportunity Appliance Sales Specialists are commissioned sales professionals and earn well above the industry average. There is an initial 4-week period with training pay. This helps cover the ramp-up period while learning and building a pipeline of sales. Details of the commission plan will be thoroughly explained during the interview process. In total, an Appliance Specialist should earn $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
