POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Sales Consultant at Brighton Prestige, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Your role will also involve preparing vehicles for sale, ensuring they meet our high standards of presentation and quality

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot imperfections and maintain high presentation standards
  • Tech Savvy: Experience or willingness to learn uploading and managing vehicle listings online and excel spreadsheets
  • Organised and Reliable: Able to handle multiple responsibilities and complete tasks efficiently
  • Customer-Focused: Comfortable engaging with customers and assisting in sales efforts
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to support the team and contribute to the dealership’s success
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for display
  • Maintain inventory online - descriptions and photos
  • Regularly monitor and update pricing to ensure competitiveness across all platforms
  • Coordinate with the service department for any necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and preparation status
  • Assist customers with financing options and complete necessary paperwork
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
