Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Act as the primary contact for incoming sales inquiries.
  • Maximize pricing strategies and sales value for incoming projects.
  • Oversee client relations, understand their shed construction needs, and close sales.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and prepare compelling presentations and quotes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and specifiers to keep them informed of our products and services tailored to their requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Sales Team strategies.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Experience in internal sales/estimating, ideally within the construction, engineering, or related sectors.
  • Shed sales experience highly regarded and preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate construction areas, read technical drawings, and understand project specifications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the sales process.
  • Proficiency in preparing accurate quotations and professional presentations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively influence client decisions.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • The drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • A track record of reliability and consistency in previous roles.
