Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales role with consultative and solution sales
  • A strong network of contacts in federal government
  • Extensive experience selling staffing or technology solutions and services in cloud, digital transformation, application modernisation, data and AI
  • The ability to drive complex bids, RFP and RFQ’s
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels
  • The ability to build relationships within a complex enterprise and government clients
  • A passionate self-starter with a collaborative attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills driven by sales success
  • A consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversation
Responsibilities

This role is for a Sales Consultant that wants to grow their career in complex technology solution sales. A relationship builder who possesses a deep understanding of Federal Government clients. Someone with exceptional communication and negotiation skills who wants to work with clients to help solve their problems.
With a consultative sales approach, you’ll originate new business opportunities and partner with our clients throughout their digital transformation journey, driving growth opportunities, and managing a portfolio of accounts. You’ll create compelling sales proposals and tender responses, identify new sales opportunities, and position yourself and the NCS team as trusted advisors.
