TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Your High School Diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
  • A Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Drivers Abstract
  • A Valid VSA License or the ability to obtain one.
  • The ability to work in a team environment or independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Strive for complete customer satisfaction through exceptional service interactions across the department
  • Provide detailed information to customers regarding available vehicles for purchase
  • Successfully close sales transactions while suggesting additional products or services.
  • Complete sales while offering additional products and/or services.
  • Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
  • Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by potential customers
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare offers to purchase.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Use customer relation management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
