Why Work at BMW of Lubbock: * 10-14 units per month $6,000.00 guaranteed income compensation * 15+ Units per month $9,000.00 guaranteed income compensation * Front Gross - Mini of $200 * Pay 3% in F&I * Training provided. * Advancement opportunities * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, and pet insurance * Paid Time Off, Holiday and Vacation time off * Paid Maternity and Paternity leave (Parental Leave) * Company Paid $10,000 life insurance policy * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts * Professional growth and development training on a quarterly basis. * 401K plans Here is what you will be doing: * Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars * Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions * Present customer deal structure and additional finance products * Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction * Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc. * Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. * Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle. * Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email. Responsibilities

Sales Consultants will greet customers, identify their vehicle needs, and guide them through the sales process. They will also maintain customer satisfaction and engage in business development activities.
