Why Work at BMW of Lubbock: * 10-14 units per month $6,000.00 guaranteed income compensation * 15+ Units per month $9,000.00 guaranteed income compensation * Front Gross - Mini of $200 * Pay 3% in F&I * Training provided. * Advancement opportunities * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, and pet insurance * Paid Time Off, Holiday and Vacation time off * Paid Maternity and Paternity leave (Parental Leave) * Company Paid $10,000 life insurance policy * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts * Professional growth and development training on a quarterly basis. * 401K plans Here is what you will be doing: * Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork * Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars * Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions * Present customer deal structure and additional finance products * Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction * Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc. * Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. * Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle. * Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.
