JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. This role requires a proactive approach and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not required.
