Additionally important is to ensure you have a thorough understanding of your market area. Your responsibilities will revolve around effectively managing the sales process, with a primary focus on surpassing occupancy and revenue targets. This will necessitate possessing a robust business acumen, including skills in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development.
